By accessing and using FormForge (pdf-forms.tools and app.pdf-forms.tools), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

FormForge is a free, browser-based PDF form builder. All PDF processing occurs locally in your web browser. No files are uploaded to our servers. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Use License

You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FormForge for personal and commercial purposes. You may create, edit, and export PDF forms without restriction. All PDF files you create belong entirely to you.

Your Data

FormForge does not collect, store, or process your documents on any server. Your PDF files and form data exist only in your browser and on your local device. You are solely responsible for backing up your work.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure
Redistribute or resell the application itself

Intellectual Property

FormForge, including its design, code, and brand assets, is owned by The CodeCave GmbH. PDF files and forms you create using FormForge are your intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

FormForge is provided free of charge and "as is." The CodeCave GmbH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Availability

We strive to keep FormForge available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. Since the app works offline after initial load, you can continue working even if our servers are unreachable.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
